Shipping Protection by Route

I got the package but shoeclassix.com did a bait and switch scammed. They advertised A Stetson Fedora whippet royal Deluxe crown felt fur but they sent a Stetson whippet wool hat. And plus the hat is too loose. There is a big difference between a Felt fur & wool. Bait & Switch. I called them the issue and they haven't got back to me.
